In April 2009 a cross-country/cross-sector comparative study of the contribution of collective bargaining to flexicurity in Denmark, Spain and the UK was completed. A project about the effect of New Public Management on employment relations in the public sectors of Denmark, Norway and Sweden was completed in June 2009. The current PhD project focuses on conflict mediation in Denmark and Sweden as well as the institutionalization of conflict regulation in European countries from a historical institutionalist perspective.
